• Can a friend or family member accompany the patient during a transport?

Yes. One family member or friend can accompany the patient during a transport.

 

• How far in advance should a transport be scheduled? 

As soon as the individual/ordering facility has transport information. We also try our best to accommodate all requests.

 

• What are your hours of operation? 

We are open for scheduling and service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

• Does Superior Care accept major credit cards for transportation services? 

For the convenience of our clients, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

 

• What if the patient or family is responsible for payment? 

We are available to assist with any questions regarding payment for transportation.

All payments are required once transport is completed.
